Basics Of Root:- ROOT is a process of getting full access to android phone’s  some special features and applications  are only  for phone which have root access Rooted android  phone can also easily be unrooted  Root is completely  safe process and does not have any trouble you don’t  even need to backup your data but it requires little bit care you should be careful when rooting your phone so try at your risk
Process:- For rooting your android phone you need to first flast CWM Recovery  on your phone then you have extract the supersu.zip File to completely root your Redmi2
Steps:-
1.  First you need to download “adb” and “fastboot” tools you can get them from HERE
   2.  Extract them to a folder
   3.   Now get the CWM.img from HERE
   4.    Now extract the ‘’recovery.img’’ to the same folder where you have other tools
.   5.   Press and hold ‘’Shift’’ button and right click in the blank area of the folder and click on ‘’Open command promt here’’ The Command promt will popup
     6.   Not Turn of your Redmi2 then press and hold ‘’Volume Down and Power Keys Together Wait until it get in fastboot mode there would be a picture of bunny doing something
   7.    Connect your device to computer with data cable
   8.   Now type in the command prompt “ fastboot devices”
   9.    When you will enter that command you will get a non-empty name for the device if it shows that means your device is in fastboot mode and connected
  10.   Now type “fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
   11.   Now Type "fastboot reboot"

Now Your Phone Will Reboot With CWM
.     
      1. Now  you have to download SuperSU.zip from HERE
     2.   Now copy SuperSu.zip to your sd card
     3.   Now you have to boot into CWM recovery by turning of your phone and pressing “Volume UP and Power keys” together
    4.    Then From CWM menu select install zip
    5.   Then locate where you copied SuperSU.zip unzip it
    6.   Now Reboot Your Device
    7.    Yipee Your Phone Is Successfully Rooted    :D
